I feel you can put the input and output data in tabular format using code , given in format bar. The last part of the data is not clear. It seems that anyone who makes calls from and to. Also, last part FFFF(6,5) and F(6,4) does it mean that calls are made from D and E respectively?

If you read from the same table twice, with case when statement , maybe you can you get.
