Teradata Studio 14.10 - forum topic by RA186030

I have  Teradata Studio 14.10 connected to a Teradata 14.10 database and HDP 1.3.2.  I am trying to use the Import from Hadoop ... feature to import a table from Hadoop into Teradata.  I successfully connected to both Teradata and Hadoop systems and see the list of tables in Studio. Once I try to run the import using the Hadoop to Teradata Import Wizard, I receive a FAILED status in the Transfer History View.  The table schema is present in the Teradata but with 0 rows.
I have tried to check the teradata.log file and also enabled the TeradataLog console.  Both of those are empty.  I tested the connector from the command line (teradata-connector-1.1.jar) using the examples in the README and both import/export run fine.
